At Dartmouth: Stephanie was caught up in the numbers game up front
last year, appearing in just 19 games. However, she gave indications that
the best is yet to come when, on the final weekend, she played 21 key minutes
against Brown and contributed three points, four rebounds and seven assists
in a 76-67 win. Though Stephanie's numbers weren't impressive -- she averaged
0.8 points and 1.3 rebounds in just 137 minutes of play -- Coach Wielgus
feels that she could be a key player in Dartmouth's system for the next
three years. Wielgus cites Stephanie's calm demeanor as an influence the
Big Green can use on the floor, and sees her levelheadedness as a valuable
asset at both ends of the floor.
